first we create illusion of pleasure object if its available, create expectations, then we crave for them, then we act to get them, if satisfied we get temporary pleasure, if not it gives us pain; after a short period we again crave for them, while craving we feel the pain, suffer. so its more of pain than pleasure. most sense gratification harm us in one way or other, either it makes you unproductive, harms health, shift the focus from giving. it should not be an addiction but only be achieved if we wish to get from our heart, value it, truly need them, from the money we have earned through labor, hard work; not from others money, or quick money.
