    i had the experience for over 5 yrs ; all along i was feeling something unnatural, or ARTificial!
    To bring the state of TRANCElike state to practitioners you are asked to do the sprinting while sitting,supposedly peacefully, for the purpose of reaching PEACEFULNESS.

    I STRONGLY disagree that its good for health, for the reasons;
    1.you force your system to forefeit oxygen especially the brain cells, reducing flow of purified blood also consequentlt you experience numbness lack of sensations, blank out, or backout!

    Quite seriously! dangerous to brain, heart and rest of the body!

    the state of nothingness to be achieved only by a true meditation is here simulated by this rude excercise contrary to NATURE must be banned!

    I APPRECIATE YOUR RESEARCH AND AWAKENING, THANKS FOR SHARING!
    When the world will wake up from such spurious jimmicks brought to them by some cattle herd for commercial success of certain self declared GOD!!?
